Smruti Desai

Smruti Desai has completed her master’s in Human Resources and Bachelor’s in Science in Food & Nutrition. She has attended Training Of Trainers for the NRLM National level livelihood program imparted in Gujarat for SHG concept and management by SIRD at Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration, Ahmedabad. She also participated in the Training Of Trainers Program for the Retail Sales Associates module and content by the National Skill Development Corporation.

She was a faculty member on different projects of Dr. Meena Shah. These are

• Suraksha Setu
  TOT for Gujarat police women constables in 7 Ranges.
• Asha Workers Training at Sabarkantha District
  Training ASHA workers for health, nutrition, fitness, reproductive childcare
• Adolescent project.
  Training of teenage girls of Ahmedabad schools for general health, hygiene,
  sanitation, & nutrition – a project sponsored by Jhonson & Jhonson.
• Information Education & Communication of Water Borne – Vector Borne diseases in lower sections of communities in Ahmedabad city.
• Core team member – Karmayogi Abhiyan, training to Govt. Employees – Class 1 – 4.
• Facilitator – Kanad Yojna – Vanbandhu Vikas Yojna.
• Faculty for Govt. project “UMMED” for Life Skills, English Communication, BPO, Nursing, and Health care.
• She was on the panel of IL&FS training programs at school & Corporate.
